Richard is a highly experienced management and leadership trainer and coach. He has worked in the training and education sector for over 30 years, with over 12 years’ experience as a manager. He lectured in leadership at a university for over 6 years, and has been training business managers for over 12 years. To date, he has trained over 4000 managers from a variety of organisations and sectors, and over 95% of Richard's delegates have rated him or his courses at excellent/very good.
Richard worked in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for 23 years, and has delivered training to employees from many different countries and cultures, face-to-face in the UK, Europe, Arabian Gulf and Asia, as well as online. He has trained managers from a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technologies, facilities management, finance, engineering, and the oil and gas industry.
As well as training groups of managers from a variety of organisations, he also works with individuals on a one-to-one basis as leadership and management coach and consultant. He has delivered Institute Of Leadership & Management (ILM) accredited courses, and is currently a member of ILM.
He specialises in working with managers to enable them to develop the knowledge and skills needed to lead their team and achieve effective and sustainable results. He especially enjoys those times when managers realise their purpose, and what they need to do to be effective in their leadership of others.
Some of his topic specialities include: Developing Effective Management Skills, Strategic Planning, Leading and Managing Change, Developing Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Succession Planning Leading High Performance Teams, Supervisory Management Skills and Effective Performance Management. He also delivers training to managers and employees in other areas such as Time Management, Problem Solving, Understanding Emotional Intelligence, Presentation Skills and Business Writing.
Richard also wrote and delivered the Train The Technical Trainer course for trainers from a leading utilities company in the UK.

Laurence has over twenty years experience as a trainer and coach. He has trained employees in the UK, Germany, the Middle-East and Asia, giving them the personal skills and competencies to be more effective in their departments.
Laurence's focus is on designing and delivering bespoke training courses in management and leadership, decision making, communication skills, conflict resolution, and productivity. 98% of Laurence's delegates have rated him or his courses at Excellent/Very Good.
Laurence has been a senior trainer at IBM, and led training projects at four international companies, which took him all over Europe. Previous to that, he had worked for two leading UK law firms, having completed his law society final exams. More recently, he was a senior associate trainer for a leading Dubai-based training company, training managers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar. Lately, he has partnered with the PwC Academy to develop training for lawyers, bankers, and for EU Institutions.
Laurence is a practicing CTI coach, NLP Master Practitioner and has certifications in Emotional Intelligence, DISC personality profiling, and NVC.
For the first fifteen years of his leadership career Laurence was a senior administrator in higher education, leading UK benchmarked quality assurance standards across the GCC and Asia.
In 2009, Laurence was offered the role as Director of Learning with Saudi Aramco, where he has led unique and time sensitive projects across three organisations and served three successive GM's as HR advisor, along with Professional Advisor to 100+ young hires and HiPo's as they prepared for the establishment and leadership of fifty new Aramco offices across the globe.
As a CPD leadership training professional, he holds Fellowship of the RSA, ICF and EMCC coaching qualifications, PMI, POSH, NSA as well as EFQM and BQF QA assessor credentialing. A senior faculty consultant with LEORON, FidesOak and Beckett McInroy Consultancy, Laurence ensures the future-proofing of learning outcomes that is increasingly necessary for the perception and agility leadership required to compete in a fast changing world.
