Using the feedback to design an outline for the management and employee training courses that aligns with the objectives of the L&D/Training manager and meets the needs of the delegates.
Delivering engaging, interactive training sessions, either in-person or online, featuring discussions and activities that challenge, involve, and keep each delegate engaged throughout the day.
Each delegate will also complete post-training objectives (or an assignment, if necessary) to then encourage them to apply the concepts learned during the training, once it concludes.
Through optional follow-up sessions, including online small group coaching and feedback, designed to encourage the application of the concepts covered in the course.
