Also, receiving feedback from managers/employees who will be on the training courses, to find out their own objectives. Tailoring the courses to the outcomes everyone wants from the training.
Based on the feedback designing an outline for the management/employee training courses and that suit the objectives of the L&D/Training manager and delegates.
Delivering interactive training, either face-to-face or online, with plenty of discussion and activities, that challenge engage and involve each delegate throughout the day.
Each delegate completes post-training objectives (or an assignment if needed) for them to implement aspects covered during the training once the course finishes.
Optional follow up with online small group coaching and feedback sessions that encourages the implementation of aspects covered in the course.
