Instead of using off-the-shelf courses, we focus on collaborating with HR and Training managers to find our what issues they are facing, so we can provide courses that deliver required and effective outcomes, which will improve the competencies of managers and employees.

As well as collaborating with HR and Training Managers, BBT will seek to get feedback from managers/employees taking the course, in order to do an analysis of their needs and objectives. This will help to deliver the outcomes they also want from the training.

Based on the training needs analysis, bespoke training courses are designed and created that suits the needs of the assigned delegates. The course length will be decided with the HR/Training Manager, depending on the outcomes needed, and the training solutions required.

All BBTtraining courses are designed to be highly interactive, with the aim that all delegates will be engaged and involved throughout the day.


Ideally, the number of delegates on each training will be between 8 and 16.

This will allow a time of feedback each time the delegates meet, in order for them to share aspects they have implemented, as well as discuss any issues they may have encountered which will help to deliver solutions for them.

On every course, the delegates will be encouraged to complete post-training objectives, for them to implement aspects covered during the training. 


On longer course they will be given tasks to implement based on the course. When the delegates next meet, each will be asked to share how they implemented the training, the outcomes they achieved, and any issues they faced which can then be discussed with the group. If the course is completed, they can email their assignment to the trainer or a special feedback session can be arranged.

BBT also want to build relationships with HR and Training Managers, in order to support them in offering training solutions for their  organisation's managers and employees.


This means working with them to know the required needs of each course, along with providing interim feedback reports on the training, as well as the delegate's progress. BBT trainers will also act as consultants on issues that arise during the training, as well as developing and delivering the required training solutions.
