Additionally, collect feedback from those attending management training or employee training, to understand their individual objectives and tailoring the courses to meet the desired outcomes for them.
Using the feedback to design an outline for the management training courses or employee courses that aligns with the objectives of the L&D/Training manager and meets the needs of the delegates.
Delivering engaging, interactive training sessions, either in-person or online, featuring discussions and activities that challenge, involve, and keep each delegate engaged throughout the day.
Each delegate will also complete post-training objectives (or an assignment, if necessary) to then encourage them to apply the concepts learned during the training, once it concludes.
Through optional follow-up sessions, including online small group coaching and feedback, designed to encourage the application of the concepts covered in the course.
