Training that starts with knowing your learning and development needs
Before designing a course, we listen to you to understand what will help your managers most.
Once we understand your needs, we will tailor each training programme accordingly. We will also send each delegate a pre-course questionnaire to find out their own goals & questions for the training.
This helps us meet managers where they are & give them simple, practical skills they can use right away.
What makes our training truly different
Tailored to your organisational learning goals
We strive to shape every programme around your goals, challenges and developmental needs. We don't just use an off-the-shelf course, but through making suggestions and listening to you, design a training created for your people.
Practical and engaging training
Managers learn through discussions, exercises, and real examples, not lectures. This keeps them engaged and involved throughout each training day and help them understand key ideas quickly.
Listening first, planning second
Before training begins, we spend time learning about your people. Delegate questionnaires and possible pre-course calls helps us understand real aims and needs so the sessions are focused and meaningful.
Support that continues even after training ends
Every delegate completes a short action planner with post-training goals to apply what they’ve learned. Optional follow-up coaching sessions help managers stay on track, share progress, and keep improving over time.
Experienced trainers you can rely on
With over 20 years of experience and thousands of managers trained across the UK and abroad, our team brings practical insight and a supportive style that helps people feel confident to grow.
Clear tools managers can use right away
We give managers simple, practical tools that fit everyday situations. Whether it is setting goals, coaching to develop, giving feedback, or solving leadership challenges, they leave knowing exactly what to do next.
How we work with you, step by step
We believe good training starts with understanding and continues with support. Here’s what working with us typically looks like, from first conversation to follow-up.
Enquire About Training1. Initial conversation
You get in touch via our website, email, or referral. We arrange an initial conversation to understand what you’re looking for and whether we’re the right fit.
2. Understanding your needs
We talk through your organisation, your managers or employees, and what’s driving the training. This helps clarify goals, challenges, and the outcomes you want to achieve.
3. Creating a tailored outline
Based on our discussions, we design a clear, flexible course outline. This shows what the training will cover, how it will work, and allows space for refinement before anything is finalised.
4. Preparing your delegates
To find out the aims and questions of delegates, we send a pre-course questionnaire for them to complete. This helps delegates feel more prepared and allows us to tailor the sessions even further.
5. Delivering the training
Training is delivered in person, online, or in a blended format. Sessions are highly interactive, using discussions, exercises, and real examples to keep people engaged.
6. Follow-up and continued support
After training, delegates complete an action planner with post-training goals to implement aspects of the course. Optional follow-up coaching sessions and feedback reviews help reinforce learning and support long-term progress.
