Using the Leadership Capability Framework, Owners, HR & Training Managers can work with us to design a tailored training programme that matches the exact learning needs of your managers.
There is complete flexibility in how it is scheduled, whether you would like it on consecutive days, or one or two days a month, and can be delivered in-person or virtually.
Each pillar contains essential leadership competencies for managers to be effective, making it a complete leadership toolbox. There are five pillars, all mentioned below together with some sample competencies for each one.

The Leadership Capability Framework will help us work with you to design a course around your organisation’s goals, culture, and the challenges your managers are currently facing, together with their learning needs. This ensures that what is covered feels relevant, practical, and easy to use from day one.
Learn core principles: Managers are introduced to the proven leadership models, concepts and behaviours that you are looking to develop that will build trust and increase engagement.
Practise the skills: Through discussions, examples, guided activities and exercises, managers can apply the techniques to situations they are facing in your organisation.
Put it into action: Each participant creates a personal action plan to help them apply what they have learned consistently after the course.
Optional follow-up coaching or group sessions are available to reinforce learning and help managers embed new leadership habits in the workplace.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Through the Leadership Capability Framework we provide the building blocks through which you can decide what is essential to help your managers grow and become more effective.
It is designed primarily for those with real leadership responsibility – your middle managers and senior managers – once you have identified what areas of leadership development they need.
We could, but there are aspects not included in the Leadership Capability Framework that we would recommend for these first-level leaders. However, we can still tailor a course that is suitable for them, according to the learning areas you would like to see developed.
We can literally develop a half or one day-course that is focused on very specific areas, right up to an eight-day programme that covers all the five pillars and leadership competencies. We can deliver it face-to-face, online or hybrid with entire flexibility if you prefer one/two days a week or month or whether it is delivered in one block.
The programme works best with groups of 6 up to maximum 16 participants to allow for discussions, interactions, and personal feedback. We sometimes accommodate slightly larger groups but this will need to be discussed.
Yes. Participants will receive training materials, including an electronic pdf of the presentation, we well as a personal action planner to help them apply what they’ve learned back in the workplace after the training. They will also receive a physical and/or electronic certificates, depending on the format
Optional follow-up support is available that includes group coaching, one-to-one coaching, refresher sessions, or additional modules to help managers embed the learning over time. These are not included in the day-rate for the course.
