Leadership challenges we hear from Glasgow managers
Managers are under pressure, juggling people, targets, and change with little time or support.
Too busy managing tasks
When everything feels urgent, managers focus on delivery and firefighting, leaving little time to support, develop, or lead their teams well.
Managers struggle to lead people
Many managers are confident with tasks but feel unsure when it comes to motivating people, handling issues, or having honest conversations.
Avoiding difficult conversations
Performance issues, conflict, and low engagement often go unaddressed because managers lack confidence in how to speak clearly and calmly.
Low confidence in day to day leadership
Managers want to do a good job but feel unsure how to lead meetings, give feedback, or make decisions without second guessing themselves.

How we work with you, step by step
We believe good training starts with understanding and continues with support. Here’s what working with us typically looks like, from first conversation to follow-up.
Enquire About Training1. Initial conversation
You get in touch via our website, email, or referral. We arrange an initial conversation to understand what you’re looking for and whether we’re the right fit.
2. Understanding your needs
We talk through your organisation, your managers or employees, and what’s driving the training. This helps clarify goals, challenges, and the outcomes you want to achieve.
3. Creating a tailored outline
Based on our discussions, we design a clear, flexible course outline. This shows what the training will cover, how it will work, and allows space for refinement before anything is finalised.
4. Preparing your delegates
To find out the aims and questions of delegates, we send a pre-course questionnaire for them to complete. This helps delegates feel more prepared and allows us to tailor the sessions even further.
5. Delivering the training
Training is delivered in person, online, or in a blended format. Sessions are highly interactive, using discussions, exercises, and real examples to keep people engaged.
6. Follow-up and continued support
After training, delegates complete an action planner with post-training goals to implement aspects of the course. Optional follow-up coaching sessions and feedback reviews help reinforce learning and support long-term progress.
