Train The Technical Trainer Course

Many technical trainers, despite excellence in their technical expertise, have not been trained to deliver their knowledge and experience effectively. 


This course helps trainers to greatly improve their course delivery skills. Through a mixture of activities and practical exercises, particularly using video and feedback, delegates will learn how to deliver their courses in a much more enjoyable, stimulating and effective manner. During the course, each of them will deliver a number of short sections of training, where they will be videoed and reviewed by the trainer and their peers. 


They will also be given a number of high impact ideas and activities that will help their training become more effective. This will help enable the trainees on their own courses to absorb the knowledge and skills shared by the technical trainer. All of this will help the technicians they are training to be much more competent at what they do.
